  • Resource Enhancement – Coordination & Implementation of an integrated
    plan:  Being a good steward of our natural resources can be complex and
    time consuming.  Jay Evans Co. can assist in the development of a
    comprehensive plan for your property which will include livestock and
    wildlife management programs, range resource management and habitat
    enhancement programs.  We work hard to ensure that the land is
    preserved so that your family may enjoy it for generations to come.
     

  • Oil & Gas Surface Use Issues:  Jay Evans Co. is actively involved in the Eagle Ford Shale areas of south Texas and represents landowners in negotiation of surface use agreements, pipeline easements and reclamation. Our mission is to seek fair compensation, minimize the impacts and see that the resources and habitat are protected and restored.
     

  • Water Management:  In today’s times, water is one of the most important natural resources.  That said, given the growing environmental and people issues facing landowners, it can be incredibly challenging to manage.  We have experience in dealing with both ground and surface water issues.  As Chair of the Natural Resources & Wildlife Water Sub Committee of TSCRA, Evans is actively participating in the many issues related to the Water Planning in Texas.
